Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. The 30-day window begins from the date the item is delivered to you.
Eligible Items
Most products are eligible for return, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Items that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts or accessories may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened ink cartridges and toner cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. Products that have been physically modified or damaged by the customer are also non-returnable.

Return Shipping

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
